Betsy Tarpley, BSI Division Director
Betsy Tarpley has over 23 years of management and sales experience in the retail and staffing industries. Her career in the staffing industry began in 1993 in the bay area when she applied as a temporary and was offered an internal position as a Staffing Consultant with ABAR Staffing, a division of ADIA. After 3 years placing temporary staff, she was offered an opportunity to work as an Operations Manager for a high volume branch. She has earned her Certified Staffing Professional designation through the American Staffing Association, has trained over 10 staffing professionals and was promoted to Division Director of BSI in 2009. Her current responsibilities include client service, account management and operations for the temporary division.
