Bolder Staffing & Bolder Professional Placements (BSI & BP2) Makes Inavero’s 2012 Best of Staffing™ Client List 

BSI & BP2 announced April 20, 2012 that it has been named to Inavero’s 2012 Best of Staffing™ Client list. Best of Staffing, presented in partnership with CareerBuilder, is the nation’s only award that recognizes staffing firms that receive remarkable reviews from their clients. Fewer than 1% of North American staffing firms have been named to the 2012 Best of Staffing Client List.

Staffing firms competing to make the Best of Staffing list underwent a rigorous client survey process followed by careful analysis of responses to determine satisfaction levels. BSI & BP2 received satisfaction ratings of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 57 percent of their clients, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 50 percent. Best of Staffing participants secured a place on the list by earning an average Net Promoter ScoreÒ that was nearly double the national staffing industry benchmark for client satisfaction.

FAQ: I registered with BSI/BP2 1 month ago! Why haven’t you placed me?

When one of our clients has a position available for which they need help recruiting, they call us to provide us with all the necessary information about the position. This includes salary, length of assignment, whether its part-time or full-time, the duties and responsibilities, required knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and education.

Because our clients make a significant investment in their staffing efforts (including paying our service fees), our clients expect us to find the right match for their positions. Therefore, it is our job to submit candidates that meet our client’s expectations. In other words, we always submit the most qualified candidate.

At BSI, we believe that there is a right place for everyone. So it’s not that your skills and experience are not valuable (believe me, we would jump at the opportunity to place you with one of our clients that are looking for someone just like you). Unfortunately, we do not have a position for everyone. On any given day, we receive over one hundred resumes and we just don’t have hundreds of available positions. So we help as many people as we can while still meeting our clients’ expectations.

My advice to you is to avoid limiting yourself to just one or two resources. There are thousands of places to find work out there. You just have to know where to look! There are many other resources available on the internet including workforce investment boards, online job boards, and even entire websites dedicated to providing you with the necessary tools and advice on places to look.
