Our screening process includes:

  • Previous work experience, education, skills and availability
  • Evaluative interview
  • Evaluative testing, including: electronic assembly, peg board evaluation for speed and dexterity, problem-solving, computer programming skills
  • Task questionnaire to assess capabilities and restrictions
  • Reference checking and verification
  • Social Security and citizenship verification
