Some of the most important work we do at BSI doesn’t involve recruiting at all. Because people are the mainstay of our business, we believe it’s our responsibility to volunteer our time, apply our personal talents, and make financial contributions to locally- and regionally-based non-profit organizations that enrich lives and make our community, along with our world, stronger.

We support a number of different causes including relief to children and families facing critical illness, education, disaster relief, cultural arts, animal caring, and more.
