BSI is seeking a Machine Operator/Solderer for a client in Westminster.  This person will “float” between working areas doing various work on circuit boards. This is a temporary position.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate automated equipment, including set up, or use other tools according to standard operating procedures.
• Understand and follow all safety rules and practices including MSDS, lock-out tag-out, and other general OSHA requirements.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Quality assurance responsibilities including: Looking at surface mount technology, looking at solder joints, looking at through hole components

• Soldering 16 gauge wire into PCB boards

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Surface Mount Pick and Place experience is preferred. Candidate must have experience with MyData machines. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer incoming calls routed to Order Entry.
• Responds to customer service calls. 
• Enter orders and answer customer inquiries.
• Enter sample requests from the Sales Reps and customers.  
• Enter quotes in the system for the Sales Reps and customers.
• Run and maintain backorder reports weekly.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Looking for upbeat and self-starter.  This position is full time, temp to hire. Bilingually fluent in Spanish speaking/reading/writing is preferred but not required.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research public records, prepare right-of-way, easement, topographic and boundary survey maps.
• Convert field survey data to computer map form using CAD software and perform associated mapping and records work as assigned. 
• Prepare as-built drawings of construction projects.
• Review clients plans for compliance with surveying protocols and client’s standards. 
• Prepare maps of the new project areas for inclusion into GIS.
• Maintain the horizontal and vertical control database.
• Prepare specialty maps for client use.
• Possible travel to sites to conduct map checks.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must have a basic understanding of survey procedures and data collection and a level of knowledge to work independently. In addition, person must have 3 years of experience performing technical survey work with an emphasis in the area of surveying and mapping. Applicants must also have working knowledge of AutoCAD applications and ability to work on multiple projects using raw field data and computer data. They must have ability to apply land surveying methodologies, formulas, principles, and techniques to solve surveying related problems. The candidate will be customer service and team oriented and have the ability to review their own work for accuracy and completeness and the initiative to recommend solutions or improvements as appropriate. Person must be able to establish and maintain effective harmonious working relationships with existing staff and clients.
