 JOB SUMMARY: This position involves a variety of technical tasks in an automated manufacturing environment where aluminum cylinders are coated with light-sensitive materials.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Initiate and monitor automated processes

BSI is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a client in Louisville. This is a temporary 6 month assignment.

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides Customer Support for internal users at 7 locations across the City.
• Manages Microsoft Windows Server systems for database, file, print, email, and website services.
• Assists in managing user accounts, security and permissions with Active Directory services.
• Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end-user workstations.
• May assist in maintaining and supporting telephone system, including switches at 3 City sites, and all hardware and software in the voice/data network.

This includes specification reviews, development of program timelines and reports, design reviews, circuit designs, documentation packages, preproduction builds, and transfers to production. May provide technical support for some existing products as needed.

• Develops innovative analog electronics systems for client’s products.

In addition, experience integrating hardware design with complex firmware, and printed Circuit Board (PCB) design and layout. BSI is seeking a Data Support Technician for a client in Boulder. This is a direct hire opportunity. The Data Support Technician will provide high quality, friendly, and efficient computer, network, and phone support to customers.

• Provide  end user support on Windows-based and Mac-based workstations both remotely and onsite
• Provide back-end support to clients including: network troubleshooting, switch programming, firewall programming, server maintenance and configuration

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:  2+ years experience troubleshooting workstation issues in a Windows domain environment. 2+ years experience troubleshooting networking issues.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assess and implements customer test strategies for new and existing customers.
• Support and train debug technicians and operate various test equipment as needed.
• Act as a lead technical resource possessing expert knowledge in multiple test areas.
• Maintain the reliability and integrity of test fixtures, programs, and peripherals.
• Perform fault analysis on failed printed circuit boards to identify components for repair, replacement by rework personnel.
• Identify test equipment requiring calibration or repair and interfaces with Quality Representative or performance improvement teams.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 1-5 years of relative experience and/or training in a manufacturing or related environment, or equivalent combination of education ad experience. Job Description: BSI is currently searching for Temp to Hire Service Engineer to provide service support and training to our client’s customers, distributors and sales representatives.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide timely technical services support and/or commissioning for products on site or via phone, fax or email to customers, distributors and sales representatives as required.
• Supports training initiatives in the proper application, selection, and sizing of equipment for customers, distributors and sales representatives. Responsibilities include course preparation, set-up, classroom presentation, and lab presentation.
• Complete quarterly Business Improvement Objectives, in support of client’s yearly Business Plan, in a timely manner and with limited supervision.
• Travels approximately 10% of time in order to support on-site training, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Expedites the sales process by leveraging SSI, and other resources during various stages of the sales cycle.
• Assists engineering colleagues in the construction and upkeep of the flow prover and training assets.
• Accountable and responsible for all safety and environmental compliance as it relates to the position.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: This is a Temp to Hire position. The candidate must have an Associate’s degree in Electronics or a related field, with five or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
