BSI is seeking a Bilingual Leasing/Occupancy Specialist for a client in Boulder. This is a full time, temp to hire position.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for leasing activities (telephone inquiries, processing applications, unit showings, document preparation, orientations, move-ins, move-outs, etc.) for new and renewal leases.
• Handle resident issues and resident requests including work-order processing and monitoring.
• Data/Traffic input (Yardi).
• Conduct market surveys.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bilingual: must be fluent in Spanish, oral and written.
Strong Customer Service experience is required. Candidate must be detail oriented and able to multi task. Experience explaining and completing legal documents (ex. Leases).
Professional in appearance and communication both oral and written. One year of experience in tax credit is required.

COMPENSATION: $13 and will increase to $14 after converting.

BSI is seeking an Quality Analyst for a company in Denver, CO. This is a temp to hire position. Under direct supervision, receives and reviews input and output data (Client’s web site, MS Excel files, MS Word docs, Adobe pdf’s). Maintains and revises lists, and control records necessary to process source data audits and ensure site data is accurate. Performs related clerical duties.

- Respond to system messages
- Set-up, tear-down, clean up, and install complex process hardware

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performs calibrations of various metering products
• Installs and hooks up clients products in preparation for calibration. Diagnoses and repairs any failures on production units.
• Builds/assembles, calibrates and tests the full range of flow meters
• Tests, programs, and troubleshoots printed circuit board assemblies
• Troubleshoots and repairs returned material in order to complete a Return Material Authorization (RMA)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: This is a Temp to Hire position starting immediately. BSI is seeking a Project Engineer for a client in the Broomfield area. This person will hit the ground running as an engineer performing project work for the client’s On Demand Project Team. This is a temp to hire position.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle a fast paced environment with multitasking various projects and tasks.
• Work with On Demand Project Manager to implement various solutions for multiple clients.
• Perform virus and spyware removal, server repair and maintenance, and laptop/workstation maintenance and repair.
• Systems administration including: User Management, Backup solution implementation and maintenance, Security solutions, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.

BSI is currently searching for a 6 month Temporary User Support Specialist/Jr. Systems Administrator for an Academic Institution in Boulder. The candidate would be responsible for assisting existing DPS IT Staff with desktop as well as server and software configurations.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to requests for technical assistance from users.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware, software and network issues in a timely manner.
• Track and maintain help ticket requests using SpiceWorks.
• Perform basic, routine server maintenance tasks including; backup/recovery testing, patch management and device monitoring.
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention. Prioritize workload effectively.
• Work with software vendors to maintain enterprise applications.
• Document environment for knowledge transfer and maintain change management controls.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: This position is 6 month temporary position. The candidate must have a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Also, a minimum of three years’ experience maintaining desktops, servers and peripherals in a Microsoft Windows environment, and proficient with Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2008 Server. BSI is currently searching for a 6 month Temporary Security Guard at an Academic Institution in Longmont. The candidate would be responsible for the physical security and safety of the campus.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Unlock/lock campus, patrol buildings, parking lots and grounds.
• Monitor cameras, correct and fix camera failures
• Knowledge of hazards, water mains, electrical power switches, gas/HVAC shutoffs.
• Keep first aid kits supplied and available, administer first aid when needed
• Write incident reports, monitor weather for closing
• Knowledge of laws, city codes and regulations

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Aid in maintaining and troubleshooting a network of 350+ computers (90% Mac, 10% Windows)
• Provide warranty support for Apple Laptop and Desktop computers
• Upgrade software, desktop/laptop/mobile computer, and other technology related items
• Keep accurate inventory
• Work closely with the Systems Administrator to implement new technologies and projects
• Provide technical support and training for administrators, faculty, staff, and students
• Provide maintenance and support for mobile computing devices

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a high amount of professional confidentiality. Right candidate will be Mac savvy.
